We can confirm this is an external issue affecting multiple services hosted on AWS. We await updates from external service providers on their individual mitigation plans.

The issue with Zoom appears to affect the scheduling of calls. If you are unable to participate in a pre-scheduled Zoom call, or to schedule a future call, hosting an instant meeting appears to work in most cases. Alternatively, Google Meet is also available.

We are now seeing impacted services begin to recover.

AWS have confirmed that services are recovering. We continue to monitor, but all affected services should be accessible again.

The issues are now resolved.
