The IT Support team is currently managing a high number of IT requests alongside staff absence. This will result in extended processing time. We triage incidents (issues and faults) separately and will ensure these are allocated the appropriate priority. Thank you for your understanding during this time.

The IT Support team has now worked through the backlog of IT requests and processing is now back to normal.
