At 12:30 we started to investigate an issue with the network on campus.

At present the eduroam wifi network is currently unavailable. The wired network on campus is available.

Wired network:

-Working normally for offices (PCs and laptops, PC classrooms and most study bedrooms. A list of PC classrooms can be found here https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/rooms/

-Not working in some study bedrooms if the wired network port is routed via a wireless access point.
-Network cables are available from the Library helpdesk

Wireless network:

-eduroam and UoYSetup are effectively down with devices failing to connect
-The CityConnect wireless network is at capacity and cannot support any more connections
