The fault with the Zip tap in the Student kitchen has been escalated to the supplier for fixing. The nearest alternative hot and cold water drinking Zip tap can be found in the Library Cafe.

As we continue to investigate this issue, we have opened access to the LFA Staff Kitchen in the on the 2nd Floor of the Fairhurst building for hot water access. This kitchen is accessible via the PG Study Lounge which has also been made accesible to all until the zip tap in the Student Kitchen is fixed. The Student Kitchen remains open as normal though currently does not have hot water access.

The ZIP Tap in the Student Kitchen now has a replacement part and is working again - we will continue to monitor this service for the next few days
