We have had an alert from the CLA to say the Digital Content Store is suffering some service issues. We use the DCS as a repository for scanned material such as book chapters and articles. These will appear as a 'contentstore' link on reading list citations. This is the message from them:
"We have been made aware by several users this morning that the DCS is experiencing substantial service issues and running incredibly slowly, to the point of being unresponsive for some users.
Specific problems reported so far include: pages not loading, requests not being accepted by the system, and ISBN searches lagging heavily then coming up with "no results found" when a result should be expected.
We have alerted our IT team and they are currently looking into the problem as a matter of priority."
