The option to request items to be collected from the Minster Library and External Store has been paused

The option to request items to be delivered to the Ron Cooke Hub Booklocker has been paused

There will be delays in the deliveries of paper requests - please contact us if you have an urgent request and we can discuss the best way of getting your request to you

There will be delays in delivering any outstanding Booklocker requests - we are working on providing alternative delivery options and will update as soon as we can

There will be delays in retrieving returned items from the Ron Cooke Hub Book Drop and items may remain on your account for longer than anticipated - if you have any concerns about any outstanding items on your account, please get in touch
