The Student Records team has notified IT Services that there is currently an issue with students receiving an email informing that their IT account will be closed. This is an internal problem which is being investigated.

The cause of this issue has now been identified and has affected Computer Science Students. A resolution is now being worked on.

1. The issue on individual student records is now in the process of being fixed.
2. It may take up to 2 hours for access to be granted on all affected Student IT accounts.
3. The Student Records team will email all affected students.
