Issue with Loyalty and Library cards in the MyUoY app

We are investigating an issue which occurred for users of the MyUoY app yesterday (Monday 22 September). Users were seeing error messages when the app was attempting to load the Library and Loyalty cards. While this seems to have resolved overnight, we are in the process of investigating so that we can prevent this from occurring again.

Some users may be temporarily experiencing issues with the loading of Loyalty and Library card data (points and loans). We're aware and hope to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The majority of users are not seeing error messages and their cards should be displaying correctly, but we are continuing to monitor the situation. The team is working on a solution in the background which we hope to deploy as soon as we can.
