We believe the issue is mainly affecting wired connections. As a work around, we suggest unplugging the wired network and using the WiFi. When connecting to eduroam, you may need to accept the new certificate if prompted.

If you are asked to enter your credentials, please enter username in the format - abc123@york.ac.uk

If you receive a popup to "Continue connecting.." please click 'Connect' to continue. Further instructions will follow once we have identified the root cause.

We have now resolved the network connectivity issue and will continue to monitor our network.
