We are currently experiencing a problem with users being able to upgrade their account to premium, as detailed in the Access instructions on our Doodle web page. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. For now, any new accounts will only be able to use the Free plan features.

Please email itsupport@york.ac.uk and include 'Doodle Premium account issue' in the subject header if you are signing up for an account and would like to be notified when this issue is resolved.
