We will be performing essential maintenance on the York Print Plus print system between 7 - 9am on Tuesday 16 November. Please read the following email carefully as your future ability to print may be affected
During this time, York Print Plus will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes, including print submission and job release.
Most printers will reconnect automatically after the work is completed, but some may require a restart. We will restart affected printers once the update is complete. If you continue to see problems with a printer after 10am, please contact IT Support for further assistance.
We will provide updates here as the work proceeds. If any changes are required on user devices, they will be included here and we will make widespread announcements.
Please can we request any urgent printing be carried out prior to 7am on 16 November.
