Duo 2FA - Issue receiving codes by text message

There is currently an issue preventing users from receiving new passcodes by SMS text message. Push notifications and codes generated using the Duo Mobile app should still work.

If you are having problems logging in to a Duo-protected service, please call the IT Support team on 01904 32 3838.

We are currently investigating and will provide further updates shortly.

This is now working again. You can now receive new Duo passcodes by text message.

We will continue to monitor the issue it case it returns. We have also raised a case with Duo to find out what went wrong.
