VPN issues

There are some issues with connecting to the VPN via Pulse Secure this morning. We're looking into these issues. We are currently investigating and will provide further updates shortly.

In the meantime if you need to access resources off-campus you should be able to use the Virtual Desktop Service: https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/services/vds/virtual-desktop/

VPN update - work planned to restore service

We are continuing to see issues on the VPN and so we are reverting this morning's change tonight at 6:30pm. There may be a few outages on the VPN whilst we revert, but service should be restored by 7pm.

The VPN should now be working normally.

But we will continue to monitor it in case any problems return.
