GlobalProtect - "You are not authorized" error

We've received reports that some people are receiving an error message when trying to connect to the GlobalProtect VPN:

"Connection Failed. You are not authorized to connect to GlobalProtect Portal."

We're investigating the problem.

We think we've identified the issue and fixed it. It looks like this particular issue will have affected postgraduates specifically.

If you've been having problems connecting to the GlobalProtect VPN, please try again now. If you're still having problems, let us know.
