We're getting a few reports of issues printing at the moment. We're investigating the problem.

If you are having problems printing, please try restarting your computer first. If the problem continues, email itsupport@york.ac.uk.

If you encounter a problem trying to print, please try restarting your computer.

We have made changes to the system to improve reliability and contacted the supplier of our printing system for further investigation.

The changes made to the the system have improved the reliability of the service.

But we will continue to work with the supplier to investigate the issue further.
