Printing from Mac or iOS - "Encryption credentials have expired"
Fri Nov 4 2022 - 11:34:36

We are investigating an issue causing Mac users to receive an error "Encryption credentials have expired" when attempting to print.

iOS users may also see an error when trying to print.

Apologies for the inconvenience. In the meantime we recommend printing from a Windows computer, the Virtual Desktop Service or using ePrint.

Find your nearest PC classroom: https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/rooms/

Virtual Desktop Service: https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/services/vds/virtual-desktop/

ePrint: https://www.york.ac.uk/it-services/printing/eprint/

(Please note, print settings can't be changed when using ePrint. For example, you won't be able to print a document which has colour on it in black and white, or change the paper size. The default is double-sided printing and this cannot be changed.)
