We're investigating an issue with the York Print Plus service.

You might encounter issues sending documents to print, or see an error message inside the Print Deploy client:

"Well this is awkward
The Print Deploy client can't find its servers! Check your network connection and click Try again."

If you enounter this issue, please try using ePrint in the meantime:

The issue appears to have been caused by a issue with a software update.

We have restored the Print Deploy service however we are continuing to monitor it. Your device should reconnect automatically, if not then try logging out/back in, or a restart your device. You should then be able to print normally.

We will raise this problem of the failed update with our supplier.
