The supplier of e:Vision has confirmed that this is a known issue and they are actively working on a fix.

Our software supplier have provided a fix for this issue. Testing has been completed by Student Systems and the fix applied to the Live service. Indications are that this has already resolved a number of other similar issues.
We continue to monitor for further issues.

Monitoring of the system since the fix was applied has raised no further issues. This is now resolved.
