We are aware of a problem with the setup process for new managed Macs.

Our supplier has confirmed it is a fault with their system, and we are asking them for an estimated time to fix.

If you urgently need to set up a new managed Mac, please contact itsupport@york.ac.uk to arrange a support call with us to apply a workaround.

We will update here as we get more information.

We have now applied an update to Jamf which has resolved the issue in testing. The service is now running again.

We will continue to monitor the issue.
