We are currently experiencing widespread disruption with Reading lists on Online courses hosted on Canvas. We are investigating as a matter of urgency.

A fix has been rolled out for the issues that were previously causing disruption with Reading Lists on Online courses hosted on Canvas. Most issues should now be resolved but we are continuing to monitor closely.

We have had no further reports of issues and believe the issue is now resolved.
