We have been notified that noise disruptive works will be taking place on the ground floor Morrell as part of the Library entrance refurbishment on Thursday 30th July. We have therefore taken the decision to close the Helpdesk on this date.

Our online chat and phone services will continue to run 10am-4pm, and we will also be responding to email enquiries (lib-enquiry@york.ac.uk). Our Reception desk also remains staffed at all times.
