On Thursday 9 December, we'll be upgrading Parallels, which supports the Virtual Desktop Service (https://workspace.york.ac.uk). The work will begin at 7am, and the VDS might be unavailable for up to an hour. Users will be disconnected, once the service is restarted they will be able to continue where they left off.
