We are investigating an issue with creating new cases in Salesforce.

Cases created via the Salesforce web interface, email and form submissions are all impacted.

Case creation functionality restored

The cause of the issue has been fixed and case creation is now working.

The interruption to this service that was first noticed at 2.10pm. The error was resolved at 3.08pm.

If your team uses Salesforce to monitor and respond to cases, please check your team mailboxes for any new cases that were not imported into Salesforce during this time.
