We've spotted that Duo is being slow to respond for some users, or is taking multiple attempts to authenticate.

We are investigating the problem.

The Duo service now looks to be performing as normal. We have also not received any recent reports of issues.

We will continue to monitor in case the problem returns. If you encounter any problems using Duo, please report it to the IT Support team.
