Our teams are currently investigating a campus-wide network connectivity issue.

Currently we are observing issues with off-campus users accessing campus-hosted resources, and users on campus accessing off-campus resources.

For example:

For those working off-campus, currently the VPN, Shibboleth and website are inaccessible.

For those present on campus, some internet connectivity is available, but the majority is unavailable. This will affect services such as Slack and Zoom.

We are continuing to investigate and will provide further updates shortly.

We've established the issue is with Jisc, our network provider, and are awaiting more information from them on the root cause and ETA for fix.

We are pleased to announce that the connectivity issues have been resolved and services are coming back to normal service.

We continue to monitor the issue closely. We are in process of formally escalating this issue to our network provider and will provide a full incident report in due course.

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused to all our customers this morning.
