We are aware of problems with links from staff pages to the YRD staff pages.

This is currently a known issue with the supplier of Pure.

They advise us that they are aware of this issue and are actively investigating, unfortunately there isn't a workaround.

We have escalated this through our account manager as we're aware this is affecting the majority of staff.

Staff can still access their YRD pages by connecting to https://pure.york.ac.uk/portal and using the search.
