Due to staffing levels we will be unable to offer our usual phone & webchat service today between the hours of 12pm and 2pm. Our regular phone and chat service remains available 10am-middday and 2pm-4pm. We are also still providing in-person support at the helpdesk at JBM and we will reply to emails sent to lib-enquiry@york.ac.uk as soon as we can.
