Due to temporary staffing shortages, we will be operating our online chat and phone services between 2pm-4pm, Wednesday 15th July. We will continue to respond to emails (lib-enquiry@york.ac.uk) and the Helpdesk remains open as normal, 10am-4pm.

Please also note that our Helpdesk is temporarily located at the temporary entrance on the ground floor of the Fairhurst building.
