Due to temporary staffing shortages, we are adjusting the operating hours of our online chat and phone services on Thursday 20th August & Friday 21st August. On these dates, the online chat and phone services will be open 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm.

Our Helpdesk remains open 10am-4pm at its temporary location on the ground floor of the Fairhurst by the temporary Library entrance. We will also continue to respond to email enquiries as normal.
