On Tuesday 17 May, between 7.30am and 9am, we will be upgrading our central load balancers, a critical piece of our core IT infrastructure. 

We expect that this work will take place without causing any disruption, and we will monitor systems closely throughout the work. However, should an issue arise with the upgrade, there is a chance that this may cause an interruption to all IT services (including the University website, VLE, wired and wifi network, and business systems). As such, these services should be considered at risk for the duration of the work.
